Fill in your details, copy, and paste straight into your mail app. The layout, colours and spacing are already set — a signature is a name and a way to reply, and everything else is a footer someone has to scroll past forty times a day.
These are the only fields. Nothing else goes in a Colatch signature.
Company accounts, taken from colatch.com. Edit any of them, or clear one to drop that icon.
Included in the copy, so the spacing above the logo is always the same.
One promotable line — an event, a launch, a download. Change it when the campaign changes, and clear it when there isn't one.
Off by default in the brand rules (§10.3) — a signature is a name and a way to reply. Turn it on where legal or a client contract requires it.
Keep it under three lines. Anything longer gets scrolled past, and it repeats on every reply in the thread.
Quotes, mottos or “sent from my phone”
Social icons or follow links
Environmental footers and legal disclaimers
A second phone number or a personal handle
Any image other than the mark
